Instead of posting a new and useless thread you could simply have used the search function or read the Dervish Builds thread stickied at the top of the page...

That or instead of relying on someone elses work. Experiment and make a build of your own. Far more productive option in my opinion.

They're nice, but the extreme downtime makes them less useful. Dwayna combos real well with reversal of fortune (or any short, cyclable enchantment), melandru is nice, though expensive, if you're dealing with conditions (and self-condition spells, like burning speed, wearying strike, illusion of haste), Grenth is mostly useful in PvP, and Lyssa is fantastic for putting down the backlines in pve. Try her with the two 1/2sec activation scythe attacks and you can stack a terrifying amount of damage on something casting a long spell.
I guess you could go with RoF, Prot Spirit, Dwayna, Mystic Regen, a rez, 2 scythe attacks and probably one more enchantment, like faithful intervention. You'll be highly survivable, that's for sure.
Lyssa, mystic sweep, eremites attack, Heart of Fury, twin moon sweep, zealous renewal, vital boon, +1, that'll give you some damage output, at the cost of being a tank. You'd have to manage the enchantments right (which you have to do anyway as a dervish) but you'll be able to get the zealous or vital ending bonuses when you need them. (Or even heart of fury, but it's best to let that run its course)
Melandru, Wearying strike, draw conditions, and... actually, melandru costs so much energy it's hard to make much of a build around it, and you might as well go /N and use plague touch to give deep wound and weakness to a foe, while freeing the elite spot.
Hope that at least gives you some ideas. You have to really capitalize on the avatars while they're up, and have enough in reserve to keep you going when they're not.

Don't use 1 build and be flexible, that's what GW is about. What you should do is cap every single Dervie skills you can get your hands on, then use w/e u think would be great for the mish (or if you have no idea, dont be shy to ask or look up in wiki).
I find that most of my time I am using Reaper's Sweep instead of any Avatars just because the Deep Wound AOE-styled leaves many dead. Many would disagree with me on the Elite Skill of the choice, but we all got our own ways to play, that's why there is no "The God Build", unless, of course, you are running Whammo with Mending XD *scares small children*

well, you know, there are many valuable dervish skills spread out in all attributes that i like, except wind prayers
earth - vital boon + signet of pious light - amazingly huge heal in 2 seconds
mystic regeneration - one of the best heals over time ever.
armor of sanctity + veil of thorns - amazing defense combo
mysticism - all the avatars, the interventions, zealous renewal + heart of fury
scythe mastery - lyssa's assault, chilling victory, victorious sweep, twin moon sweep, etc.
i mean, theyre all too good, which makes it hard to make a successful build using 8 skills.

Warying strike+Ava of Malandru
Chilling Victory+Ava of Malandru
Ava of Malandru +200 hp no condtions
Warying strike arround 30 damage 2 second recharge causes deep wound but gives you weaknness, but avatar negates the weakness
Chilling victory arround 30 damage 10 energy if you have more hp then target deals high cold damage, avatar adds +200 hp so better chance of the cold damage
